Maintenance service: 

Mzarrai provides 1 year warranty on the beaded hand work. Upon breakage of the threads mzarrai team will re-stitch any damaged beads for free within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Exchange and Return policy:

Customers wishing to change size of Item purchased can do so if returned within 30 days through contacting the customer care team info@mzarrai.com. Items purchased from MZARRAI are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase and in unworn condition. Customer are required to keep the shoes, the box and bag in excellent condition and return them with the shoes.
